New York, NY – January 23, 2017 – New York based business law firm Foley Shechter LLP (“FS”) announced today that Perry Novotny has joined FS as counsel. Mr. Novotny’s affiliation further expands FS’ already robust offering of corporate, securities, M&A, startup and intellectual property services by including business immigration law.
